2.11. A diploma of college studies awarded by the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology after 1 January 2003 following the completion of studies in traditional acupuncture or in acupuncture at Collège de Rosemont gives access to the permit issued by the Ordre des acupuncteurs du Québec.
